How often is the booking calendar updated?
The El Gallo Catrin booking calendar is updated daily to reflect actual availability, bookings made online are instant and hold that time for the clients appointment.
If I book online will my appointment be changed?
Typically no, if there is a time that works best for you showing available to book, this appointment will be yours. With varying services being performed and some clients needing more or less time for a given service you may receive a text message from 702-291-8403 a few days before your appointment asking if you’d be willing to come in 15-30 minutes earlier or later, but the appointment will only be modified if you agree to the change.
How far out is the calendar available?
Being aware of clients busy schedules, I want to make it as easy as possible to book your next appointment. The calendar is open to bookings 1 year out and blocked dates and times are updated weekly to reflect Jesse’s availability.
I have an appointment I need to cancel, how do i do that?
If you gave an email address at the time of booking please refer to your confirmation email where a link is provided to cancel the appointment up to 36 hours prior. You may also call or text message 702-291-8403 to notify me and reschedule.
I Need to make multiple appointments for myself and another person or multiple people, what is the best way to do so?
If you see availability on the El Gallo Catrin booking site, book back to back appointments for the desired services for each person, please book the appointment under the person receiving the services name, and if you are a parent or guardian please note your name in the “comments” section of the booking window. If you do not see back to back appointments available at your desired time on the booking site, please contact me directly by calling or texting 702-291-8403 to see about options for booking your party as soon as possible.
I work odd hours and don’t see appointments at a time or day of the week that will work for me. Do you have late or early hours available?
Living in Las Vegas for over 20 years we understand this is a 24 hour city with people working all kinds of hours and 7 days a week. If you do not see a time or day of the week that will work for your schedule, please reach out to me by calling or texting 702-291-8403 so we can work together to accommodate you. The beauty of having this studio is that I can come in late or early for my regular clients needs.
I noticed you are asking for my prefered pronouns when booking… Why?
El Gallo Catrin Barber Studio and Cut Me Loose Salon are inclusive safe spaces for all. We respect a persons choice to identify as they see best fits them and to love who they choose to love. Part of this inclusion and safety is offering to identify someone as they would like to be identified, given that, the option to note preferred pronouns is given. We want everyone to feel welcome and supported and will continue to grow and learn with the community, please feel free to let us know if we can best assist you further.

Life happens. Kids get sick, flights get rescheduled, Dad forgets to tell Poppa that he booked the appointment for Tuesday. We get it! Having a large family in town, having a husband in the commercial aviation world, we understand schedules adjust fast.
Coming from a respectful place is key. If you need to make a change, please do so as far out as possible. If I need to reschedule know I will do so as far out as possible.
If you NO SHOW your appointment you will likely receive a text message a few minutes after your scheduled appointment time asking if you are on your way. If you forgot, or something happened, that’s ok, please just respond asap and let me know the situation and I will see if you can be rescheduled for later that day or week.
If you completely NO SHOW and have no response, this is noted in our system. If you NO SHOW TWICE you will be asked to prepay for services in advance. This will be completed via an invoice being sent to you 72 hours prior to your appointment, with the expectation being you complete this and have it returned and we process that 48 hours prior to your booking. If I do not receive your pre-payment 48 hours before your appointment, your appointment will be canceled. If you do complete your pre-payment your appointment will be held. If for some reason you NO SHOW your pre-paid appointment NO REFUND will be given. My time is my income., my space, my transportation and my home all must be paid for, and last minute NO SHOWs make it impossible to get last minute clients.
